Return Policy

10 day Returns and Exchange policy

  • Have you ordered a wrong cartridge or did not like the product we sent? No problem! We will replace it or accept it as a return.
  • A minimal amount will be charged to help us cover a small part of our actual delivery costs + reverse logistics costs on an actual basis limited to a maximum of INR 500. The exact amount will be conveyed to you by our customer care agents, to minimise any troubles to you.
  • All you need to do is give us a call on +91 7989634839, or drop an email at print@pixelprintshop.in within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

However, we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable and undamaged condition with the tags and original packaging intact, in an undamaged condition.

  • Refund/ replacement for Printed goods is subject to inspection and checking by the Pixel Print Shop team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override print@pixelprintshop.in10 Day Returns Policy.
  • Returns for Stationery, craft Material, fine art and Painting materials, and customised items will only be accepted for Defective/ Damaged products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will always strive to give you a wonderful customer experience every time you shop with us, so if you happen to receive something that you didn’t order or if there was a defect/damage in any item received, you can return your items for a full refund – No Questions Asked!

In such a case, please call us immediately on +91 7989634839 or drop an email at print@pixelprintshop.in within a period of 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund as per your wishes and stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Store.
